Will a betta get along with my fancy goldfish?
On a fish website yesterday i saw that a betta is a good fish to add to your goldfish tank. I am just wondering if this is a good idea because i am thinking of getting one today. Are they aggressive towards other fish besides other bettas? Thanks!
help with fishes?????
Just yesterday i purchased 2 new suckers and 2 black fish (i dont know it name but its fully black with a mouth that seems like a frog – the pet shop told me its the gold fish variety). one of the black fish is constantly after the sucker and i just noticed the skin of the sucker has been pulled out .. the suckers is quite big but damn lazy, even when the black fish pecks at it is doesnt move. what could b the reason? will the pet shop take the fish back? I have 3 catfishes and 4 other fishes of the gold fish family but not excatly gold fishes.

WHY DID IT GET GOOEY?
WHY DID IT GET GOOEY?
Why would this guy do this (long read)?
I took my nephew bluegill fishing at a neighborhood lake yesterday. This lake holds a nice size crappie and a few good bass too. The kids like to try to catch a “big ole bass” every now and then. So, along comes this guy who sets up and begins fishing. He’s catching bass and stringing them up! He starts to leave with a full stringer of bass, when I asked if he was gonna eat them. His response was “yes”. It was probably not my place to ask, but I was a little upset about it. My nephew asked me if there were any more bass left, I told him “I don’t know”, which left him with a sad look on his face. I didn’t want to lie and tell him “yes, they’re just gonna be harder to catch” or something like that. I don’t know why this guy would come to a little neighborhood lake, that’s known as a fun spot for kids to catch a bass, and take them off to eat. There are so many lake and pond choices all within short driving distance, to catch bass. Anyone ever experienced this?
Do you blame me for being upset?
