I used to play an online scavenger hunt called CyberSurfari a few years ago, anyone know what happened to it?
There used to be a site, cybersurfari.com, or .org, I forget which, and you could complete various Internet scavenger hunts for real prizes. Anyone know if the site moved or no longer exists? If so, any alternatives? Much thanks

Tracking Mule Deer with the Huntermate
This is a short vidoe of me tracking a Mule Deer buck so others who have not yet joined/waiting can see how it is done.
The Huntermate is the device that you are automatically enabled with to help with your location on the island as well as the locations of the deer stands, it also helps you track the deer.
Deer tracks (foot prints and poo) will be visiable from a distance, with a red glow over them. Once you find one of these tracks approach it, the huntermate will make this beeping/chirping noise when it gets close enough then you left click on the mouse and the huntemate will record the track as well as tell you what type of animal it is, if tracks then which direction it possiably went.
When you hear a deer it will also show up on the huntermate, as long as you check quickly. If you wait to long to check the location of the sound you wont be able to see it.
When you are hot on the trail, always crouch when tracking. Walking will scare everything away. If you are on the ground, and very close to your deer then I would advise you to lay on the ground and call him the rest of the way in.
If the buck answers your call, check to see which direction he is coming from so you dont get surprised and niether does the deer… or he will run off before you notice.
And use your binoculars alot! Some bucks you wont hear call.
