I would love to find the perfect campsite on a lake or river in southeasturn mi ..or pond with excellent front door fishing in a great campground surrounding….Large bass , Pike, Crappie and large blue gill…..

I’m going on a fishing trip with my friends to a private lake and cabin in Peoria. We have a tournament every year and I need some advice for this year so I can be in the running to win it. Its an abandoned strip mine that is now a bunch of lakes and for the most part we catch bass, blue gill, a few crappie, and some cat. Which lures should I use for each fish, what colors, and should I use big hooks or small hooks? Should I fish the shore, or in the depths. The waters usually murky, if that matters. Help me please. I NEED TO WIN!!!!

We have a couple different bodies of water near our house. Two major rivers and a small lake with an average depth of 12 feet. The lake is a trophy muskie lake. Everytime we go fishing my kids and I stay near shore catching blue gill, crappie, and an occasional bass. I would like to impress (actually outfish him one of these days) by catching a nice wall-eye or muskie. I have no idea what to use or how to do it…he is quite secretive with his big fish techniques! So…my question is “What pound line should i be useing, what kind of bait, where should i look, and do i have to have a steal leader for the muskies? (cuz i have no clue how to use those!)

I want to go on a lil family fishing day at a pay lake somewhere between the Dayton-or-Cincinatti area, where the lake would be well stocked, Looking to fish sunfish,blue gill and bass, catfish too. I would be greatful for names of places,rates and phone #.

Is Chicken of the Sea Chicken or Tuna. Is Tuna a real fish name like Crappie or Blue Gill. Okay i really dont get it though Jessica Simpson asked the same question but why do they call it chicken of the sea if it isnt chicken
