I’ve been trying to learn some basic survival stuff, dead falls, snares, fire starting and so on. I understand that dead falls are illegal unless in a survival situation but i can build and see them work without actually killing anything. Snares on the other hand can’t really be perfected unless you actually trap something or fail to trap something and learn what you did wrong.
So i set out to catch some squirrels.

I want to be legal about it so i looked up the hunting/trapping regs and seasons which is where i get confused.
Snares are ok to use here and if i hunt/trap on my own land i don’t need a license or permit but the actual hunting/trapping seasons are confusing me.

Here(Ohio if i makes a difference) squirrels have a hunting season but nothing is mentioned at all about squirrels on the list of trapping seasons. So does that mean a person is free to use traps all year round or would you just follow the hunting season even if using traps?

she is always talking about doing things, but never does. Makes lists, has ideas, just never does anything. Claims to like this and that (like sex outdoors) but again, nothing ever seems to happen. It’s been like this for a few years now, and I have BEGGED for it to change…never has. She tells me she enjoys sex with me, that I am creative, and that asking her to start sex is ok…BUT IT NEVER HAPPENS?? How am I to have sex, or be turned on by her thoughts of being a “naughty” woman, when she is never naughty??
I have even set up threesomes for her per her request, and again was told she enjoyed them…why won’t she set her own up, or talk about being ready at anytime for another? I have given her permisson to go as crazy as she wants…but it always stays the same. She admits she’s bored not doing anything…..but does nothing……WHAT’S THE DEAL HERE????

WEll, never really got an answer to help out. Guess I just did’nt make it clear enough??

We fish from her dock on a large, central florida lake, and a lot of the water around her dock that we can cast to is only 2-4 feet. So far, we’re catching bass, bream and 1 catfish, with minnows, worms or shiners. We release everything and just want to catch as many as possible, for fun. How should we set up our lines, (we use sinker floats, but how far above the hook?) and what size hook is best for the widest variety of fish? Thanks for any advice.

I have a 300 gallon aquarium that’s never been used. It’s about 4 years old. Does anything have to be done before filling it with water? I’d hate the corners to let loose after I fill it.

we just got 12 acres of redwood tree forest expecting loads of animals. but to our surprise we havent seen anything but birds, squirrels, deer and skunk. it seems like there should be lots of raccoons but ive been out all over looking and havent had any luck. i may just be ill informed on how to hunt raccoons since i was hunting them in chicago, and all you need to do there is toss a piece of bread out and you have at least two coons there in half an hour.
