Check Homer Simpson's house, after all he did steal the Gummy Venus de Milo. He may be holding it for ransom, however, I suspect your precious bears very existence may be in danger.

-ask people if they have seen him
-inform police
-put that news in a newspaper

Look in between your teeth or some of the people you know that has met your pet gummy bear. I'm sure he will turn up. At least a few pieces maybe!
